As a ground floor property, there was some noise from the first-floor occupants moving about, which could be a bit disturbing. The hot water took a while to run through to the bathroom taps, although it was something we could eventually get used to.

Loved having my own sunny terrace, and the private parking was a real treat. The nearby restaurants and shops were top-notch. Also, the entire apartment was mine to enjoy.

Oh, what a shame that some noisy neighbors above disturbed my beauty sleep. But hey, life is full of surprises.
